I can’t find my license key. What can I do?

IMPORTANT: The email address given must be the same one that was used when purchasing the subscription.

You will receive an email with a link to your account. You can find your license key under the ‘Orders’ tab.

How do I get an invoice for my order?

How do I update my credit card info?

Why was my payment declined?

I’m using a third party payment provider, FastSpring. They’ll be able to help if you encounter any payment issues.
